According to Law number 675, dated December 31st, 1996, EMPORIO BERTINATO communicates to its customers, that all personal data, supplied by completing the purchase order, will be treated exclusively for the order fulfillment and for commercial, promotional,management and statistics purposes and only for internal use.

Since those functions are fundamental, in case of lack of consent, the purchase order cannot be processed: by placing the order, you authorize EMPORIO BERTINATO to the personal data treatment for the above described purposes.

EMPORIO BERTINATO undertakes not to communicate such data to companies, which could use them for commercial information purposes, for advertising material shipping or for market research production.

EMPORIO BERTINATO undertakes not to confirm the existence of personal data, not to communicate such data and their origin in intelligible form, as well as the logic on which the treatment is based.

The cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form and the block of the treated data in violation of law,the updating or the adjustment, or in case of interest in integrating the given data, the acknowledgment of the operations described in the two previous paragraphs, have been brought to the attention to those, to whom the data have been communicated, unless this proves not to be possible or this involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right, the existence of data, which may relate to them, and the possibility not to agree to the treatment of the data themselves, for free.
